1. "Skip" Diet Days are Rapid Weight Loss Days of 800 calories, plus a multivitamin daily during weight loss.
2. Start with 100 Skip Days, alternate every-other-day with eating normally on Maintain Days.
3. To help lower blood pressure, good food nitrates sources are celery, spinach, and beetroot.
4. Use a Continuous Glucose Monitor during weight loss. This is important for diabetes and pre-diabetes, to limit high glucose.
5. The key with Skip A Day is losing weight faster than you gain it back. Hunger will be slightly higher on fewer calories.
